Announcing 2016 NOFSW Conference Plenary Session: From Mass Incarceration to Smart Decarceration – Carrie Pettus-Davis

Carrie Pettus-Davis, assistant professor, George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University, is founding director of the Concordance Institute for Advancing Social Justice and co-founder and co-director of the Smart Decarceration Initiative. Professor Pettus-Davis oversees research to better understand factors and disseminate practices that will dramatically reduce incarceration rates.
