Practicing ethically can be a challenge in many professional work spaces, with forensic settings being especially difficult to navigate. The NOFSW is proud to present their first Forensic Social Work Ethics Series, a one-day event that will tackle some of the most critical ethical issues forensic social workers encounter in their daily work. Each segment of this 6-CE credit hour series will focus on how to resolve a specific ethical conflict or dilemma common in forensic social work. Come join us for this ethics series with Dr. Frederic Reamer, the internationally known scholar of social work ethics, as the keynote speaker!

Topics will include:
- Guidelines for Values & Ethics, and Using Frameworks for Ethical Decision-Making in Forensic Social Work
- The Ethical Dilemma of Dual Loyalty in Corrections
- Competing Ethics in a Multidisciplinary Environment
- The Ethical Challenges in and Custody and Family Court Cases
- The Ethical Challenges of Navigating Confidentiality under Attorney-Client Privilege in Legal Teams
- The Ethical Conflict of Client Self-Determination in Mitigation
